Dashboard¶
The dashboard is the first page you see after logging in. It gives you a quick snapshot of yesterday's no-shows and your year-to-date revenue.
No-Shows Yesterday¶
This section highlights anyone who didn't show up to their booking yesterday, so you can follow up first thing in the morning — whether that means charging a no-show fee, sending a reminder, or updating their record.
Each no-show entry shows the person's name, the court, and the time of the missed booking.
There are two types of no-shows:
- Full booking no-show — the entire booking was marked as a no-show.
- Individual no-show — in a group lesson, a specific student was marked absent even though the lesson still happened.
If there were no-shows, the section appears with a red background and lists each one. If everyone showed up, you'll see a green None label instead.
Year-to-Date Revenue¶
This section shows your total gross revenue for the current year, along with a monthly bar chart.
Each bar is split into two parts:
| Segment | What it represents |
|---|---|
| Darker blue (bottom) | Net revenue — what you keep after coach pay |
| Lighter blue (top) | Coach payouts |
The full bar height represents your gross revenue for that month.
Hover over any bar to see a tooltip with the exact gross revenue, net revenue, and coach payout amounts.
Click any bar to jump directly to the Financial Report for that month.
Tip
Use the chart to spot seasonal trends — you can quickly see which months bring in the most revenue and how much goes toward coaching costs.
